5.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus is never direct cash — it can only be withdrawn after meeting the specified wagering requirement.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Member's Own Request for Closure

A member may close their own account if they wish. To do so, they must notify the support team via live chat or email. The member will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.
